My recent stay at Movenpick Hotel in Jeddah was a mixed experience. The hotel itself is indeed beautiful, with clean and cozy rooms that offer a comfortable retreat. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or queries.However, my positive impressions were marred by an unfortunate incident with the reception staff regarding a double payment. Despite providing evidence from my bank statement, I encountered a lack of professionalism and respect in handling the situation, which left a sour taste in my mouth. The new apartments are well-appointed and spotless, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation. The hotel also boasts a lovely swimming pool with a picturesque view, adding to the overall charm of the property. For travelers seeking a blend of luxury and financial prudence, it may be worth considering alternative options in Jeddah that offer similar amenities with a stronger focus on professional service and guest satisfaction.
